The event was moderated by Dr. Cosphiadi Irawan and Dr. Dr, Demak Lumban Tobing, Prof. Laksono Trisnantoro, Dr. Handoko from Indonesia, and Dr. Zawawi Abdulla from Malaysia, who led the discussion. This conference, which explored the potential of hyperthermia as a cancer treatment method and sought ways to improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of patients through it, was evaluated as an important opportunity to strengthen cooperation between experts from each country by sharing the latest technology and research results. In addition, Korean singer Nora Jo has been volunteering for cancer patients every year and also attended the dinner of this academic seminar to share the same purpose. Regarding this conference, Han Sung-ho, CEO of AdipoLABs, said, “Hyperthermia is rapidly developing as a cancer treatment and is greatly contributing to improving the quality of life of patients.” He continued, “Through this conference, experts from each country shared the latest research and clinical cases, proving that hyperthermia is becoming a stepping stone for establishing itself in the global medical field.” |
Meanwhile, the high-frequency hyperthermia cancer treatment device ‘REMISSION 1℃’ manufactured and sold by AdipoLABs Co., Ltd. was approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in October 2015 for the purpose of cancer treatment, and has obtained European CE certification, Halal certification, and Malaysian MDA certification. It is a medical device that safely increases body temperature to 42°C through deep frictional heat generated by transmitting 0.46MHz high frequency into the human body, thereby maximizing the effect of hyperthermia treatment to treat cancer.
In particular, the device has a mechanism to generate deep heat through high-frequency current in the human body and necrotize cancer cells that are vulnerable to heat, and is emerging as a new hope for cancer treatment for cancer patients both domestically and internationally.
