Gwangju FC promised to promote friendly relations with Kuala Lumpur City FC (Malaysia).

Gwangju announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement with Kuala Lumpur City FC (hereinafter referred to as KL City FC) ahead of the ACLE League Stage 3 match against Johor held at Yongin Mir Stadium on the 22nd.

Kuala Lumpur City FC is a professional soccer team based in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, and is a team with a long history, having been founded in 1974 and celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.

This agreement ceremony was made possible through the efforts of Han Sung-ho, CEO of AdipoLABs, the agent and sponsor of Kuala Lumpur City.

Representatives of both teams, including Gwangju No Dong-il and Kuala Lumpur City owner Azri Azerai, attended the event, and agreed to continue active cooperation in technical support and personnel exchanges for the development of soccer.

Azri Azerai, owner of Kuala Lumpur City, said, "I am delighted to have signed an agreement with Gwangju FC, which is showing remarkable performance on the Asian stage," and "I hope this will be an opportunity for both clubs to grow together."
